A Waldoboro Resident Who Is Just Getting Her Feet Wet In The Business World Gets Ready To Open A Vape Shop
Mid Coast Vape Shop, which will be located on Route 1 in Waldoboro, is going to be opened by a person who has never owned a business before.
Robert Emery, who currently resides in Warren but was born and raised in Rockport, has big plans for his new company, which will be the first of its sort in Waldoboro when it opens sometime around the middle of March.
The location of the new company's headquarters will be at 760 Atlantic Highway, which was formerly occupied by Allied Tool and Fastener as well as Studio 3 Wicked Fitness.
According to Emery, the commercial structure is an ideal location for the vape shop he intends to open. In December of 2017, he made the acquisition of the property.
"I happened to be driving by one day and saw a sign that said 'for sale,' and it seemed fitting at the time. My dream for the past three years has been to accomplish this. "Both in terms of location and surrounding area, it was ideal," Emery noted.

"A great many people are brought together as a result of it. "It's an amazing group of people," he remarked.
Emery has said that he will run the business by himself at first, but that he will eventually bring on additional staff as required.
"I have a hunch that business will pick up here, and when it does, I'll have to look for some more employees.”I can't handle it on my own," he admitted.
Emery stated that in the upcoming weeks, he will concentrate on the interior of the store, taking up the previous flooring and putting in new material, as well as completing the improvements that he started almost immediately after purchasing the location.
