The south African based musician is very popular in not just Africa but beyond Africa, if you have been following popular celebrities on Instagram, you are going to notice that Jerusalema is mostly played when making videos.
Analyzing his background, Master KG is the huncho of Bolobedu house music and was born in Kgaogelo Moagi located at Calais, which is like 53km south of Tzaneen, in South Africa
After getting snubbed by SA Music Awars (SAMAS), he got a collaborative effort with Nigeria’s African Giant, Burna boy on the remix of Jerusalem single alongside Nomcebo Zikode. Master KG has been seen sparking really good moves with Makhadzi, coupled with crazy dance moves.
Now the big one, Master KG got his recognition late 2018 after winning SABC Summer Song of the Year, which sparked talks around the media, as everyone thought King Monada’s song “Malwedhe” should have won.
His constant snub by the SAMAS has been of concern to fans but Master KG confirms that someday he would be recognized until then, he would continually work and give his best.
The 24-year old musician who is the middle child in the family is always seen wearing caps, fashionable bandanas or head gear, because of his hairline, according to him, he said; people only saw his hair once this year.
Internationally Master KG is known, last year he won at the African Muzik Magazine Awards (Afrimma) in Dallas, Texas.
