During the covid medicare, providers are founding, it hard to maintain a good procedure in the organization further, leading to improper documentation. By Seeing all this, we at Inferscience led to the development of the HCC billing and coding application(HCC Assistant) that helps providers to optimize HCC coding and risk adjustment documentation. This application utilizes advanced Natural Language Processing(NLP) to analyze unstructured data to analyze structured data in the patient chart. The complex and intelligent rules built into the HCC billing and coding application allow it to find diagnoses that may have been overlooked and represent opportunities to improve the documentation in real time.
