With the increasing maturity of cultivation technology, fresh 姬松茸食法Agaricus mushrooms are now a common household item, but still more expensive than ordinary mushrooms. Today I bought 4 Agaricus mushrooms for $10 and fried them in butter at home. It smelled so good and my kids loved it, so it was worth it.

Agaricus mushrooms are native to Brazil and are a type of mushroom that likes hot and humid conditions. It tastes crispy and fresh, especially when fried in butter, which stimulates its flavor. But Agaricus mushrooms are not expensive. Agaricus blazei is a natural medicinal fungus with high nutritional value, and some active substances are unique to Agaricus blazei, while Agaricus blazei can be called Brazilian mushroom, which is not expensive and is just an ordinary mushroom, but it was difficult to transport in the past, so you can only see dried products, and now you can only eat fresh Agaricus blazei. On the other hand, the common mushroom is more suitable for our common working class and becomes a regular at our table. I've never had matsutake mushrooms that expensive.

My family's favorite way to eat Agaricus mushrooms is to slice them, then fry them in butter, then season them with a bit of soy sauce steamed fish, and finally sprinkle them with a little scallion. I can't get enough of it. I've also tried it in a hot pot, but it's not that impressive. There's not much difference from regular mushrooms, so today I'll share one of my favorite dishes:Butter Fried Agaricus Mushroom. I hope you will like it too. It's nice to have such a stylish dish for New Year's dinner.

[Sauteed Agaricus mushrooms in butter]

Main ingredients: Agaricus blazei 200g

Accessories: butter 10g, steamed fish sauce 10g

Method: Step 1: Trim the mushroom root of Agaricus blazei and wash and process it well.

Step 2. Cut the Agaricus mushroom into thin slices of about 5mm and set aside. Cut a small piece of butter with a spoonful of steamed fish and soy sauce, neither need too much. To make this, be sure to use butter to make it tangy. With other oils, the taste will be greatly reduced.

Step 3: Also proceed to prepare a small dish of scallions to enhance the flavor and color.

Step 4: Add the butter to the hot pan and wait for it to slowly melt. Turn the bottom of the pan a few times so that the butter coats the bottom of the pan evenly.

Place the chopped Agaricus mushrooms on the bottom of the pan and fry them until they are browned, then flip them over

Step 6: Using chopsticks, flip the Agaricus mushrooms and sear the other side until brown.

Step 7. Drizzle with a spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce to taste

Step 8. swirl and mix slightly to make both sides taste good

Step 9. Finally, sprinkle a handful of chopped green onion and mix well to serve.

Every time I stir-fry it, I don't think there's enough. This dish has become a regular at my family's table.
