To get an assessment and access to our services we have an easy five-step process.
STEP 1
Answer a few short questions to determine your eligibility for treatment at Medicanna Health.
STEP 2
If you are eligible, proceed to click on the New Patients link.
STEP 3
Confirm your time zone and select your preferred time and date for your consultation. Once payment is processed, you will receive two e-mail. One e-mail is your consultation time confirmation and another e-mail will contain a Patient Agreement & Consent Form.
STEP 4
Fill in the forms and attach supporting documents (if any). Submit the form.
STEP 5
Our Doctor will call you on your appointment time and day for the consultation.
