Today’s anticipated launch event for the Motorola Razr 2022 and X30 Pro in China has been postponed. There was no explanation from Motorola as to why the event had to be canceled, nor was a new date given.
Before Nancy Pelosi’s scheduled visit to Taiwan today, Motorola has announced that it will no longer support the usage of Motorola devices in China. This statement comes as China considers Taiwan to be its territory and has warned the US that it will “pay the price” for Pelosi’s Taiwan visit.
If these occurrences are to blame for Motorola’s postponement of the Razr 2022 and X30 Pro’s launch, we’ll have to wait for additional information from the Lenovo-owned firm.
