While the world is fiercely trying to recover from the global pandemic, and with financial experts painting a bleak picture of a coming recession, it is rare to come across heroes such as French National, Mr. Pascal Beveraggi, who is fighting tooth and nail to be allowed to re-take his own company NB Mining in DRC.
Mr. Beveraggi was running the mining company for years with thousands of happy employees before it was unjustly taken away from him in an unlawful move. His fight to get back the company that is lawfully his has taken years now and still, he worries more about the employees and their wellbeing than his own adversities in this legal battle.
When Mr. Beveraggi was at the head of the mining company, he generated thousands of crucially needed jobs in multiple cities across the DRC, supplying a safe future for thousands of families; families many of which are now in deep peril and face an uncertain and bleak future.
This is one of the primary motivations for Mr. Beveraggi as he is winning the fight for his own company, he strives to provide jobs and stability to all his previous employees.
Having already won back the legal ownership of his company in March 2022 in the honorable Congolese Court, just as he won his case against opponent MoïseKatumbi in the Kinshasa/Gombe Court of Appeals in December 2020, he now faces further scrutiny as his opponent refuses to accept the court's decision. His opponent’s camp is furthermore now suspected of producing completely unfounded, slanderous, and utterly untrue allegations towards Mr. Beveraggi, in a final shameful attempt to claw back the NB Mining company, despite the lawful decision made by the honorable Congolese Court.
The strong Congolese people already recognize Mr. Beveraggi as an honorable man and are rallying behind him in support of his efforts to take back his company, knowing that with Mr. Beveraggi at the head of NB Mining, both the dire job situation as well as the struggling local economy will greatly benefit and prosper.
