What is Trademark Class finder ?
There are 45 categories in the NICHE classification. Service class is categorized 35-45. Different trademark classes are distinguished from one another. Use the Trademarks as an example in the application of the class of goods and services that the trademark relates to. The right class of goods must be selected when a patent application is filed. Registration can certainly be hampered by choosing the wrong class of goods.
If the proprietor owns businesses in diverse industries, he or she can file trademark applications for more than one class. Trademark registration has the advantage that another party can file a trademark application in a different class if the first is in one. It is not possible for a person to have exclusive rights over the use of their trademark if they file an application under one class. An exclusive trademark right only applies to a class of products where the mark appears.
