In a 4x4, a driving trip in Patagonia.

The Patagonia area, located at the southernmost tip of Chile and Argentina, is actually one of the final borders and is mostly populated by small indigenous groups, tough fishing communities and a variety of nature and animals that will literally breathe. discount

The bulk of Patagonian visitors are either Chilean or Argentinean. But now it is possible to witness both... in an improbable blend of sheer adventure and absolute luxury.
An eight-day trip of this untamed region brings the renowned Jeep brand Quasar Expeditions, a well-known Ecuadorean travel business, together. Due to the 4x4 drive, natural treasures like Torres del Paine National Park, Los Glaciares National Park and the powerful Perito Moreno Glacier may be seen. And soon you will realize "adventure" and "luxury" are not exclusive to each other at the hotels in which you are staying.
Your trip starts in Puerto Natales, Chile. The Quasar crew will welcome you and give you the keys to your Jeep® Rubicon 2013. The car features an integrated Garmin GPS and an external GPS Ranger® that acts as a virtual tour guide, places of interest, and ensures that the hotels and destinations are reached daily. You have the alternative to drive yourself with a guide, to let the guide drive or to drive your own way without a guide.
You will stroll, ride a catamaran (and over a horse) all day and even try bird watching in the sub-Arctic. At night in magnificent hotels you will relax with delicious food, drink and even spas. The journeys are not particularly long, they vary from one to three to four hours.
The trip starts in Chile, in Singular Patagonia Hotel, a 100-year old (and already award winning) former cold storage factory that has become a luxurious 57-room hideaway on the banks of Last Hope Fjord. Sample native cuisines including guanaco and conger eel as well as a range of pisco sours before retiring at night.
The next morning you are going over the Argentinean border and north to Hosteria Helsingfors, a rural hideaway via the Patagonian Pampa. Riding on a horse or walking to a quiet blue lagoon on the banks of a glacier would be a focal point for two days, on the edge of gorgeous Lake Viedma and opposite the majestic Mt. Fitz Roy.
The next day, we will visit Perito Glacier and the "Iceberg Channel" and then Eolo Lodge, an authentic Argentine estancia near El Calafate.
Then you go back to Chile and visit the National Park of Torres del Paine which is home to glaciers of glacial ice and towering peaks which protrude through the clouds. At the alpine lake called Toro, you'll spend the night at the first luxury camp in Chile, the Patagonia Resort.
The next day you will trek up the French valley to the hanging glaciers of the Paine Grande Massif. Dinner will be roasted The gaucho (cowboy) manner will be made by Patagonia lamb at night. The next day we go throughout the park to view the Chilean flamingos, the black-faced Ibis, and the three big mountains called after the National Park of Torres del Paine. Lunch is provided on a blue lagoon beach.
You will now look at Patagonia as the early explorers saw it. But in a way they never dreamed, you can accomplish it.
