One year back one of our esteem customer used to be used a different make of DC Power Moller in conveyor system rather than Itoh Denki, as a result of customer faced a lot problems on regular basis, production cost, power consumption and maintenance cost increased.
Few months back our sales Team introduced our Itoh Denki Products i.e., DC Power Moller for conveyor system in front of same customer, by giving a successful demo and shared a relevant point in order to be fixed customers all problems.
We have supplied DC Power Moller PM500FE (MDR) with brushless technology which is associated with the external ZPA logic HB510 circuit board with zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) control, which allows the detectable of the loads to be transported. The Model PM500FE with Tube length of 594 mm and Poly V groove and 24 V DC Supply.
