Intel is expected to unveil a new ASIC for Bitcoin mining at its ISSCC Conference this month. Although the company has yet to make any announcements regarding the product, reports suggest that they will reveal it at the conference. According to the company, the chip is a Bonanza Mine. This is an ultra-low-voltage, energy-efficient Bitcoin mining ASIC. The technology giant's first known customer is GRIID, a startup that is preparing to go public for an estimated $3 billion valuation.
