To avoid going through the registration process the first time you launch: You can still use the OOBE\BYPASSNRO workaround, which actually allows you to continue the installation without an Internet connection.
When setting up your privacy settings (at the end of the installation phase), I recommend moving all the sliders to the left.
After installing the OS, I recommend doing a disk cleanup and running the following programs: Auslogics BoostSpeed and O&O ShutUp10.
