MicroBT, a bitcoin mining company, recently introduced their Whatsminer M50 series. These devices have a staggering 126 terahashes per seconds (TH/s), at 29 j/TH, and are powered by Samsung's 5nm chips. They can be easily upgraded to the latest model and are compatible with previous Whatsminer generations. The Whatsminer M50S, which will be available in Q3-2022, will be ready to compete against the Bitmain Antminer S19PRO29J/TH.
