you can get skills if i give you them, they take place in passive and active ways.. you can increase them with books and other stuff, you gain a skill when I say and every 5 levels the skill gets an upgrade, skills are displayed as +1 bonus traits
===Magic===
does magic exist here? yes.. but it isn't your typical dnd type magic.. it comes at a cost.. and those who can use it get the power through some sketchy means..
if you wanna be a magi you have to use these traits (one replaces one of your optional BT's while the other is extra
