The human energy system is extremely complex, we will mention its most important elements: aura, Energy Heart, twelwe, that is, twenty-four energy flows (they are even), twelve chakras, Soul and Developmental Consciousness of the Soul.
The aura has a diameter of 24 meters and is filled with various energies and energy structures, among which the Energy Heart plays a particularly important role.

In the broad field of spirituality, the expression "Soul" is given various meanings, on this occasion, by that expression we mean an immortal spiritual consciousness that does not incarnate, and whose purpose is to follow and help one Developmental Consciousness of the Soul - as we professionally call the consciousness of a person, from life to life, until it reaches the level of development of the sixth, fifth or fourth spiritual plane, which achieves the purpose of generating its own consciousness.
The Soul helps the person whose development it supports in various ways, which also includes help during the stage of development of spiritual consciousness, but in that case, it is necessary to establish conscious contact with your own Soul, so that it, at your request, can have a healing and developmental effect on your energy system and consciousness.
When you succeed in this, after restoring contact with the Soul, at your request, during meditation, the Soul carries out healing and developmental actions on the meditator's energy system and consciousness, while he or she is, mentally and in every other sense, completely relaxed, and left to the pleasant energy effect of his own Soul.
Although vibrationally it resides on the Spiritual Planes, the Soul is spatially located above the person's head, at a certain distance that does not exceed 300 meters, has a spherical shape with a diameter of 1 meter, consists of energies the color of old gold and it is connected to the person by a kind of energy tape-hose, which enters the aura through the Crown chakra.

После много година читања веб-сајтова и књига о духовности и духовним феноменима, духовним трагаоцима теоријско проучавање области духовности постаје заморно, услед чега осете потребу да духовност искусе на један директнији начин. Тада, они почињу да практикују неки систем духовног развоја о којем су током година проучавања читали и који им се допао.
Но, ретки су они, који су на такав начин успели да напредују у духовном развоју, јер као што вам је за добијање возачке дозволе неопходан инструктор, и у духовности неопходан је неко ко ће вам на једноставан и искрен начин објаснити како тече процес развоја духовне свести. Духовни развој нема граница, осим оних унутар нас самих, те током живота, практиковањем неке врсте не-Его медитације, духовни трагаоц може достићи стање Просветљења.
