Heya I'm not 'vegan' myself but notice many 'vegetarian' types seem 'under-nourished' & 2 thin ~ including U, which may contribute 2 injuries as less 'materials' available 4 tha bod 2 repair itself. I noticed lately a 'perfect body gal' from some 'Black Tape Project' videos (the best of the lot overall iThink ~ so far =) is into 'vegetarian supplements', or at least claims she is on her page here = maybe U could try what she's doing? If it's true, certainly helps with her results = not 'saggy flabby' like a lot of the butts on the galz walking away from the camera, but thick & firm all over = very nice =) ~> https://www.pixwox.com/profile/ohlakay/

Don't know if she actually uses it ~ who knows. Maybe she eats 'whatever' & just shares it 4 the endorsement. Seems 2 B more a quantity thing really like saw a Christina Aguilara whatever vid a long time ago when she was fit & stuff & basically lived on junk food from McDonalds LOL I guess it's about quantity & lifestyle ~ lot of dancing between burgers back then? Like if U R into plant stuff gotta eat a lot more 2 keep up with 'demand' =)
Another good 'vegetarian goddess example' is Indira Badia, which is impressive since she's pretty thick & strong, but at some points she went 'starvation mode' 2 get 'ripped' & got implants, which was a mistake, as even small (natural) boobs look better than implants.
