What is the UK scale-up visa?

The requirements to be eligible for a UK Scale-up visa

- Your sponsor must be licenced by the Home Office and have an A grade in order to be on the list of authorised sponsors.
- If you hold an A-rated licence, a scale-up sponsor may give you a CoS and sponsor you for six months in a position requiring at least RQF level six abilities and a salary of at least £33,000 yearly.
- Your name, information about your employment, and financial details must all be included on your Certificate of Sponsorship.
Immigration Skills Charge Requirement
For individuals applying for a UK Scale-up visa, sponsors are not obliged to pay the immigration skills charge.
What is the duration of the UK Scale-up visa?
Your UK Scale-up visa's validity is contingent upon whether your application is approved.
If your application is accepted based on sponsorship, you can obtain a Scale-up visa for two years.
The Scale-up visa is valid for three years if it is only issued based on your own application.
