Why do we love the character? Mimi is the main lead in the movie, a young talented, ambitious girl who does not sideline herself by orthodox beliefs and does what she really desires. She does not let negativity settle in when she realizes that she might not make it as an actress. She stays firm on her decision and works towards her dreams through hook or crook.
She stands up for herself when met with crises about surrogacy, in her family. We love a strong woman who knows what she wants and is not dependent on anyone to help her. And she imparts this knowledge on her child too when she gets the chance.

She made a comeback in the industry with this movie and it turned out to be the perfect project for her.
