Screen Printing, also known as Silk Screen, is the best printing method when you’re looking to print large amounts of the same design.
Firstly, when you’re looking into Ottawa screen printing, you should keep in mind that for each design you want to print, you will need to have 1 screen for every colour in the design, which is why this if very favourable if you’re looking for a low colour count and can be unfavourable when you’re looking for a high colour count (depending on your order size, this could be negligible either way.)
Secondly, you’ll want to keep in mind that there are is some standard setup time required for preparing to print any order for the printer so most printers won’t likely want to print orders unless they are 24 units or above (we’ll work with as little as 12 units.)
In summary, this printing method is extremely popular, reliable and durable so it’s hard to go wrong. If you’re looking for a 1-12 unit order you’d be best looking into full colour vinyl or embroidery to avoid any setup fees.
