First We Have To Understand What Coronavirus COVID19 Is
Nowadays everyone has a fear of Novel Coronavirus COVID19 but it actually that dangerous or not, we all have to understand that. The new coronavirus has another name, SARS-CoV-2. Earlier, there were same species of the virus has been recognized in China called SARS-CoV (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) at the end of February 2003. It spreads to more than two dozen countries in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. By the time the virus had spread to over 8,000 people worldwide and killed almost 800. The mortality rate was 10% which is much more than this new coronavirus as the COVID19 mortality rate is almost 4.6%. Although, according to Worldometer, it has spread to Worldwide and 199 Countries affected with 664,103 Coronavirus Confirmed Cases and the total number of Deaths are 30,883 so far. Despite this, there is a big relief that 142,361 patients have been fully recovered. And in Canada, till now total Coronavirus Cases are 5,655 and the total number of Deaths are 60 and 508 has been recovered, the Mortality rate is just 1.06%. So this New Coronavirus COVID19 may not be that dangerous than the previous one. There is no need to panic, just take few precautions to escape from this virus. It rightly said, “Precaution is always better than cure”.


How Coronavirus Spreads –
Human coronaviruses cause infections of the nose, throat, and lungs. They are most commonly spread from an infected person to another person through respiratory droplets generated when you cough or sneeze, touching or shaking hands.
Another way of getting infected from that virus by touching something with the virus on it, and then touching your mouth, nose or eyes before washing your hands. That’s why the WHO recommends washing your hands regularly or sanitize.

1- Maintain Social Distancing
• Stay at Home and be safe. There is no better way than that to escape from this SARS-CoV-2 Virus.
• Avoid Crowded Places and keep away from non-essential gatherings.
• Avoid handshakes & hugs.
• Maintain a distance (approximately 2 meters) from higher-risk people like older adults and those in poor health or the person having fever and cough symptoms.
2- Personal & Home Hygiene
• Keep your home clean and germs free.
• You need to wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds after using the washroom, when coughing or sneezing, and when preparing food.

• Don’t touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

3- Wearing Masks
There are lots of confusion who should wear a mask, a healthy individual, Old or poor health person or the person having cold and cough symptoms. According to WHO (World Health Organisation) –
• If you are healthy, you only need to wear a mask if you are taking care of a person with the suspected 2019-nCoV infection.
• If you are coughing or sneezing, then you should wear a mask for the safety of other people.
• Your hands should be cleaned with alcohol-based sanitizer or soap and water before putting on a mask.
• You should avoid touching the mask while using it.
• Do not re-use single-use masks.
• Remove the mask from behind (do not touch the front of the mask) and then clean your hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based sanitizer.
4- Boost your Immunity
The best way to defend against any disease is to boost your Immunity and Power.
• Don’t smoke.
• Take a healthy and good diet.
• Intake Vitamin C.
• Eat fruits and vegetables.
• Exercise regularly.
• Adequate sleep.
• Minimize stress.
