Leadership qualities in the students

With this belief, to inculcate the leadership qualities in the students and to give them a feel of functioning of the administrative body, a school prefectorial board was formed after scrutinous interviewing and selection. The Investiture Ceremony for the new academic session for Juniors was yet again a special occasion at The Modern School Faridabad which was presided over by Major Rajpal Singh the Director of FICCI and Mr Naresh Sachdeva Sports Advisor, presided over the Investiture Ceremony and bestowed the young leaders with responsibilities. The Oath was administered to the council members. The school organized the ceremony with great gusto. It was a dignified occasion where the young students were all prepared to don the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities entrusted upon them by the school. To inculcate the leadership qualities in students and to give them a sense of responsibility the new “Prefectorial Body ” of juniors was formed.

All the council members were given sashes and badges as well as the school flag which the Junior Head Boy and Head Girl carried with pride vowing to hold it high. All the leaders vowed in unison that they would follow all the regulations with sincerity and work for their Alma Matar relentlessly come what may. The Modern School has always been known to produce good leaders and now it is going to do so once again. Congratulations to all the council members and hoping that they will carry the vision of The Modern School to keep moving and never stopping in even in times of trouble. It was a proud moment for the parents too who watched their wards. Very true, that these young leaders have been given the exposure at an early stage and as the chief guest said that they would prove to be excellent leaders in the days to come.
