1.रात्री जास्ती जास्त उशीर म्हणजे 10.00 ला झोपणे.

The maximum late night is to sleep at 10.00.

  1. सकाळी5.00 -5.30 किंवा त्याचा आत उठणे.

In morning 5.00 - 5.30 am or later wake up.

  1. ब्रशकरायच्या आधी एक ग्लास गरम पाणी लिंबू पिळून हळू हळू एकेक घोट करून पिणे.

Before brushing, drink a glass of hot water with a squeeze of lemon in it slowly.
