Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Treatment

Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) are divided into high-, medium-, and low-risk groups based on their symptoms and risk levels. The presence or absence of less-favorable genetic abnormalities, such as del(17p), del(11q), TP53 malfunction, and IGHV mutations, affects the prognosis for CLL, as these markers are linked to poor treatment response.
