This emotional level does not in itself create a level that can bring you closer to achieving Enlightenment, but it is a level of expression of emotions. Emotions, on the other hand, have their own inner life, that is, self-induction. This means that emotions do not depend on your thoughts and will, but spontaneously respond to the impulses that excite them.
What is interesting is that these impulses that cause emotions do not need to be thought origin, but emotions themselves seek them out. Let us clarify this a little: emotions, although they have a low level of consciousness, have the features of themselves seeking - or, if you like, of their own accord seeking the content of consciousness that relates to them, that is, to which they react.
This is a very important fact, because it reveals the main drawback of emotions: the self-imposed need to find impulses that will make them react appropriately - emotionally. This is very important in terms of an objective and rational understanding of emotions, which is quite a difficult task. The nature of emotions is such that they are very unpredictable, which is perhaps their greatest drawback. Someone with whom you have been on good terms for a long time, may become your enemy tomorrow if some of his actions or words are interpreted negatively or hostilely in relation to your emotions. This negative interpretation - the reaction of your emotions, will be a command that will direct you to end the friendly relationship with him / her.
Viewed objectively and rationally, such behavior is in any case the behavior of a 12-year-old child, which is certainly not something to be proud of. Therefore, we recommend that you direct your spiritual growth to overcoming emotional states of consciousness, because they cannot be exhausted, but only overcome. For this purpose, education and creativity in all areas of your interests will serve as one of the proven "methods". Enrich and develop everything that attracts your attention in an analytical-logical and scientific way, consistent and based on real evidence and facts. This does not mean that you have to be an academic or a researcher, but that your approach to research in the area of interest to you takes the reasonable form of research and development.
In this way, you will gradually overcome emotional states of consciousness and emotional reactions to what life brings you, which gradually but persistently raises your consciousness and takes root at the mental-spiritual level of consciousness development. This rooting at the level where rationality and spirituality reside will enrich your personality and bring peace to your daily life. This will be a flywheel that will allow you to further develop at the mental-spiritual level and in any case further develop your consciousness.
