Boxes Marked RED CROSS Enter Syria to Fund Rebels (Jan, 2018)

Mystery video floating around facebook reveals steel boxes labeled with RED CROSS logos stuffed with money.  The currency appears to be $100 Federal Reserve notes. Two stories that may be connected with the video alleges that ISIS and Al-Nusra smuggled money into Syria using vehicles with (fake) "Red Cross" logos.
