IPC Section 17 in Hindi is a special section mentioned in the Indian Penal Code. This section does not allow a person to hold on to his property on behalf of another person without any agreement. As an example of this section, if you agree to borrow your motorcycle from your friend, you cannot take over his property. In case of its violation, legal action can be taken against you under section 17.
