Saive having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony or treason cognizable by a court of the United States, make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States in order that I may avoid fines and/or imprisonment under the provisions of (1) 18 U.S. Code § 4 - Misprision of felony and/or (2) 18 U.S. Code § 2382 - Misprision of treason
The sworn recipient of this evidence is likewise obligated by penalty of fines and/or imprisonment under 18 U.S. Code § 4 - Misprision of felony and/or (2) 18 U.S. Code § 2382- Misprision of treason, to report this complaint of unlawful activity to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States.
