What are the different types of student visas available in Germany?
There are two main types of German student visas, they are:
Student Applicant Visa:

The student applicant visa is for those international students who have to travel to Germany to take the entrance exams for the university to which have applied.
This visa provides a validity of 3 months and is expandable up to 6 months. During this period, a student can live and apply for universities to study in Germany. German Language Course Visa:
As the name suggests, the German Language Course Visa is for those who want to complete intensive German language training courses which take around 3 to 12 months duration.
