  • 2 cups Gluten free flour 
    2 cups flour (gluten-free)

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)

  • a 1/3 of a cup of almond milk
  • 3 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • vegan butter, 3/4 cup
  • 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon powdered flaxseed + 2 1/2 tablespoons water)

Method - 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix until all of the ingredients are combined to form a dough.
  • Place dough on a cookie sheet that has been lined or oiled.
