NH-10 is a 2015 Indian Hindi language thriller film, directed by NAVDEEP SINGH it stars ANUSHKA SHARMA, NEIL BHOOPALAM........, DARSHAN KUMAR, DEEPTI NAVAL AND RAVI JHANKAL, the movie marked as the producing debut of ANUSHKA SHARMA. It is a rather serious watch as it is based on honor killing- an evil of our society.
The movie revolves around a couple who are on a road trip on national highway 10 which is also the title of the movie. Their trip takes a detour when the couple is met with unfortunate events.

It goes without saying that a Bollywood movie is not complete without the macho hero, but in NH-10 this is not the case, here we see that the main lead character of ARJUN is not in fact, the typical macho hero. Even the least macho factor of crying is glorified in the movie as we see our main leads crying and getting scared numerous times throughout the movie. It is about time Bollywood starts portraying men as humans and not the macho hero without any feelings. Kudos to NH-10 for doing that.
- Not your typical Bollywood drama-
Have you seen many Bollywood where the item songs do not match the serious tone of the movie? And you are sitting and wondering why is it there? It is one of our pet peeves when the songs do not match the ongoing thriller. NH-10 excels here too and gives us 9 songs with 6 different composers and not one of them is out of tune from the movie.

Anushka Sharma is one of the Bollywood A-lister actresses, and she has done phenomenally well in this movie. Surpassing any barriers the notions about her held.
- Amazing performances-
The chemistry between Anushka and Neil seems natural and realistic, does not seem like a cheesy romance but a rather realistic portrayal of daily life. hot-headed villain Darshan Kumar will give you goosebumps and scared to be in your living room. Anushka played a businesswoman in the first half of the movie and a badass woman who can cry and kill for her family. The character development will leave you speechless, survival of the fittest indeed!
