Youtube's 'CopyFraud' Conspiracy =P

You may be asking about now, what does this girl have to do with any of this? Nothing, but the best tales start with A$$! =D So long story short, Youtube conspires with people they KNOW TO BE LYING about having 'copyright' on various things, and punishes the VICTIMS of copyfraud with 'strikes' and even deletes many of their channels for the same ILLEGAL reasons! What youtube is doing is ILLEGAL! They are KNOWINGLY FACILITATING A CRIME. The crime is called 'copyfraud' and it means somebody who claims to have copyright on something when they actually do not.

This opens up Youtube for MASSIVE CIVIL LIABILITY and somebody should really take this up because they can make lots of money in fines and all that jazz. It's unfortunate the government doesn't seem to care, and just 'leaves it up to the courts' =P At least that's what the American copyright office told MEEE! Just look at some of the DAMAGE Youtube does to 'global commerce' and 'goodwill' and so many beautiful things Youtube DESTROYS by KNOWINGLY going along with FALSE claims of copyright...

Search names there like 'Elton John' or 'Scorpions' & notice the many rights they own. Then try others like 'Jenni Vartiainen' & 'Bleona Qereti' & notice they own none here. Even big companies like 'Getty Images' do 'copy fraud' & 'libel' via fake claims like that. Therefore legally you should 'counter-strike' them, and re-enable the video(s).

Being the creator of a work does NOT mean you can legally forbid others from using it. For COPYRIGHT to exist in America they MUST pay FEES to the U.S. government and also send the works there for 'registration'. There is even a FINE of about $100 per incident if somebody claims to have copyright but does not. Here are examples of both foreign and domestic artists with MANY American copyrights:

I am a fan helping to PROMOTE these 'unknown' artists here. Their 'employers' should be THANKING us both, not filing frivolous, illegal, cynical 'disputes' =) If they want copyrights, they must BUY them through our government!
