Proposals mostly have a short timeline of around 4 to 6 weeks for submissions and hence the bid and proposal teams across the world are always ‘agile’ in the true sense of the term. But my idea here is to implement Agile – Scrum in bid and proposal management so that this community enjoys the benefits of this framework.
