This company is a major player in the real estate business, especially in Mumbai, India. Born on March 8, 1950, in Hyderabad, India, Niranjan is known for changing the way Mumbai looks with his buildings.
Niranjan studied commerce at Mumbai University and also became a Chartered Accountant. But instead of sticking to finance, he jumped into the real estate business in 1978.
