The Vivekananda Global University (VGU) in Jaipur was founded in 2012 by the Rajasthan government under Act No.11/2012. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Bar Council of India have both approved the university (BCI). The University Grants Commission also recognises VGU (UGC). In a variety of fields, VGU offers diploma, undergraduate (B.Tech, B.Sc. (Hons), B.Com, BA, BBA, LLB, B.Arch, BCA, B.Des, BHMCT, BPT, BOT), postgraduate (MOT, LLM, M.Des, M.Sc., M.Tech), and doctorate (Ph.D.) programmes.
