Artist Mr J Pearson completed his Bachelor of fine Arts at Byam Shaw School of Art in U.K. In 1988. He has powerful feeling for opera has led him to recently paint a portrait of baritone Jud Arthur, from The Australian Opera Company, for entry in the Archibald prize. These dramatic expressive paintings show the stories and narratives of bold cultural anthropology, loss and power. Justin is fascinated by the metaphors in Wagner's work and their comments on politics and love. One of Mr Pearson's exhibitions was at Gallery Bodalla from January 18 to February 25, 2018.
