To report suspected Medicare fraud, you can call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) or the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) fraud hotline at 1-800-HHS-TIPS (1-800-447-8477). You can also report fraud online through the HHS Office of Inspector General website.
