Prospective students looking for a world-class study abroad experience can speak with representatives from UK universities.
International students studying in the UK will find universities with a global impact, programmes suited to industry demands, and excellent opportunities for cross-cultural learning and social experiences.
At the UK THE Student Festival, AHZ Associates presented a session on the benefits of studying in the UK for international students. AHZ Associates is a university representative in the United Kingdom who helps international students achieve admission to the UK higher education system. The company employs 250,000 students and has operations in 16 countries.
The purpose of AHZ Associates, according to Mr. Golam Mortuza, Compliance Director, is to be "a bridge" between students and colleges. Mr Mortuza further mentioned that AHZ has a 98 percent visa success record and offers end-to-end support, from application to post-arrival assistance.
“There are a variety of reasons why people wish to study in the United Kingdom. “Universities in the United Kingdom have a global impact,” Mr Mortuza stated. “For example, you can see how much Oxford University and others contributed during the Covid-19 pandemic.” British education has a tremendous global influence, and several UK universities maintain very high positions in world university rankings.”
Mr Mortuza added that, with a growing emphasis on integrating "life skills" and work placements or internships into courses, UK institutions are assisting in the development of job-ready graduates, while quality assurance organisations ensure excellent teaching and graduation prospects.
“UK institutions focus on industrial demands,” Mr Mortuza remarked. “The student who completes the programme not only receives a degree, but they also receive support to help them improve for their future careers.”
Mr Mortuza spoke with almost 400,000 international students from all over the world who came to the UK to study, resulting in a wide range of cultural perspectives. International students will undoubtedly find ways to maintain ties to their home cultures while also receiving useful experience dealing with people from different cultures.
Moreover, Mr Mortuza explained,
“You are gaining knowledge about variety and cross-cultural encounters.” “In that setting, you’re learning how to act and develop,”.
Mr Mortuza stated that learning in the UK would have a positive long-term impact regardless of whether students chose to stay and work in the UK after graduation or return to their home country.
“The abilities you learn and the degree are a lifelong experience from which you will profit,” he added.
