Construction work on the new Hara's Northern California casino began on April 11 at the Buena Vista Tribal Reserve. The facility will be placed on 71,000 square feet of parcels, excluding casinos, and will house a full-service restaurant and three fast-casual restaurants. Casinos will need an impressive $168 million investment, even though there will be no hotel part. No further details have been released on the tribal casinos. In a news release, the company announced over the weekend that it will operate two luxury hotels and beach clubs in Dubai. They will be located on Blue Waters Island, an artificial island built by UAE local developer Meras Holding. In fact, Caesars Entertainment will operate the entire hospitality and entertainment complex, one of which is called the second Caesars Palace. The hotel will house 479 modern rooms and include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beach clubs, spa and wellness centers, retail stores and convention centers.
