‘How do we improve* Ukraine?’
Prologue (will consist of several parts)
*Original: "Как и чем нам обустроить украину"
‘Write or say something uplifting’ - a wish that I’m having to hear not only from numerous small anonymous propagandists infesting the internet space, but also from a certain number of true Russian people, ‘bored’ from realising the realities of the ‘Special Military Operation’, and unpleasantly shocked by appearing perspectives of gaping heights…
Coming to mind is a phrase from a film ‘Hello, I’m your aunt!’:
‘Please, play something touching! A march, for example!’
Well, as they say, a march is a march…
But since our army is not pleasing us with any results, day after day reporting about offensive movements similar in distance to a movement from my flat to the nearest shop (yet still - not everywhere and/or not in any significant distances), then I’ll pay my mental attention towards desired for me perspective of ‘improvement of the so-called ukraine’ and the ways of carrying it out. And I haven’t written on this in a while.
I will immediately note that my own view differs dramatically from the official point of view, which is regularly expressed by such elements of the russian VIP-officials like foreign secretary Lavrov (Kalantaryan), presidential advisor Medinskiy, and his press-secretary Peskov. The aforementioned characters continue emphasising they are not ‘aiming to overthrow ukrainian authorities’, don’t want to occupy it, and all other bullshit, which if realised will make victory in this war impossible for RF.

Strategic goals of RF in so-called ukraine.
- Starting from 1991 and up until now, the Russian Federation is ‘stuck’ in a transitional state between Restoring Historical Russia and/or its Further Total Collapse. This ’stuck status' has given birth and raised (to completely Homeric sizes by the way) a layer of parasite-officials, who are able to conduct their parasitic functions only in this ‘uncertainty’. Moreover, in the last 30 years this ‘bacterial culture’ (I cannot call them a ‘caste’) managed to realise itself as a commonality, understood (on a very primitive level) a connection between their own prosperity and ‘half-decomposure’ of the state and the country (so the organism is rather alive than dead, but certainly not capable and cannot independently free itself from parasites) and organise uncomplicated schemes for prolonging this state for as long as possible. And also - *they created* propaganda of ‘spiritual bonds and values’ and comfort for such unenviable existing for the organism itself.
In any case, the now fully-rolled out WAR (that has been going since the ‘Crimean spring’!) WILL INEVITABLY PUT THIS ‘half-life’ period to an end. Russia will either resurrect as a result of this war, or the process of a complete collapse, turmoil, and a series of civil wars will start with the most catastrophic consequences (which will significantly overshadow the consequences of 1991).
In any of the mentioned options, the biggest part of the ‘half-conscious bacteries culture’, the self-called ‘Russian elite’ - is doomed for destruction and death.
At the same time, some ‘communities of look-alike variants’ have chances to preserve for the future (though with large losses) even after the death of the main parasite biomass. The ‘radical understanding’ of this inevitability/possibility is expressed by the smartest of this ‘culture’ - so-called ‘ethnical liberals’, who once again demonstrated a decisive desire ‘to survive despite everything that happens in ‘this country’. Chubais, Khloponin, Urgant, Dvorkovich, Khamatova and others, others, others, after dumping the largest part of acquired wealth (as I said - the smartest!) - went to save leftovers and their own bodies to the same owners who brought our ‘parasites’ to the sick Russian organism. But they are definitely counting on coming back and preserving themselves as ‘aboriginal occupational administration’.

Another part of the current ‘bacteries’ in theory would have been able to find their place even in the ‘cured’ and restored organism, simply because there will be no one to replace them with (in the early days), while the primary functions of ‘developing the minerals coming from outside’ they can carry out poorly, but at least they can. The intestinal bacteria are also in certain ways useful to the organism, even though they don’t even suspect it, right? However, until these ‘protozoa communities’ do not realise the inevitability of the fatal and total death prepared for them by ‘dear Western partners’, they will continue hanging onto their parasitic ‘leading roles’ with all their strength. And they will continue seeing the surviving healthy cells of the organism purely as a food source, while seeing the colonies of ‘Dvorkovich-Chubais types’ as ‘brethren in protoplasm, not fully understanding their own benefit’.
Therefore, realisation that the current stage of the WAR is ‘total’ (and could become fatal) hasn’t happened yet for our ‘elite’. And it may not happen soon either. (in the worst case for the country, when the body of the commander-in-chief ends up in the hands of the ‘loving populace’ as in the example of one of his predecessors - Qaddafi... but it will be too late to do something about it).
We will continue hoping that won't happen after all and we won’t have to experience the ‘historical analogies of 1919 (which not every one of us will survive, only a small part). We can hope that this understanding among ‘bio-cultures’ will come before it would be too late to do anything.
So: to save itself and save the state (at least as a ‘nutrient mass’) our authorities can only by WINNING THE WAR. And considering that with the hands of ‘respected Kyiv partners’ the whole West is fighting us with its truly enormous (compared to us) resources - it’s impossible to win the war WITHOUT CHANGING ANYTHING.
And first and foremost, changes must involve the strategy of action against the so-called ukraine itself.
So - which strategy (as it appears no one still clearly communicated it, only with up to 99% precision) was put into the foundation of the ’Special military operation’?
- You will laugh, but it was a bet to ‘bring to power pro-Russian forces inside Ukraine’, with military aid from outside. To say it simply: the bet was put on something THAT DOESN’T EXIST IN PRINCIPLE AND FOR A LONG TIME. Or else, something that ‘existed’ in reports to the upper Russian ‘diplomats’ and ‘scouts’, but nowhere else!
The scheme looked roughly like this:
‘Russian forces invade en-masse and with large forces the territory of ukraine, capturing strategically important points and communication intersections, rockets strike separate command centres of UAF, in Donbas local forces advance with all their (certainly limited) capabilities… And? - And the terrified Ukrainian command runs away. In the regions where Russian troops are active, local governors and mayors rush to claim loyalty to Moscow, troops surrender or join our side together with general staff and generals, and then the ‘godfather’ (Medvedchuk) enters Bankovaya in Kyiv on a white Ferrari and declares ‘a united non-bloc pro-Russian denazified and demilitarised ukraine’. After that, Russian troops together with ukrainian ‘allies’ quickly finish off the remaining ‘nationalists’, sign new gas contracts, and ideally, after some time ukraine joins the ‘union state’. By 2024 everything settles down and Putin is elected president of this union state for life through an all-Russian referendum (100% turnout and 146% of votes ‘For’), with a right to directly assign a successor when ruling the grateful population becomes boring for any reason.
Something like that (details might not coincide).
Such a great strategy that would have looked so great in case of its realisation. But… that didn’t work for some reason.

Perhaps it’s because it wasn’t agreed with the ‘respected Kyiv partners’? Or the opposite - it was agreed, but the ‘partners’ duped us (like they did in the past 8 years)?
I imagine how shocked was the president of the Russian Federation who is used to the ‘gifts of fate’ (which he didn’t do a thing to achieve), and all his entourage of his closest allies who believed in the possibility of realisation of the ‘Crimean scenario for the whole of ukraine’ with everything that they call ‘soul’, when the strategy didn’t work at all, and with it went to shit the political, military-political and purely military tactics adapted to this strategy.
Convulsive movements began which for the wider public appeared as perplexed observation of senseless and extremely silly (from a point of view of an objective external observer) raids of Medinskiy in Istanbul. This spoke about appearance in the Kremlin of a timid hope that the scared ‘respected’ partners will agree to consider everything that happened to be a small misunderstanding (while the ‘thunder of victory’ has not yet fully extinguished), and everyone keeping what they’ve had would again be able to drag out for years the Minsk (now Istanbul) situation that didn’t threaten personal interest of russian and ukrainian ‘elites’ (the kremlin ‘bio-culture’ never cared about anyone else).
As expected, this didn’t work. Mainly because the ‘ukrainian’ elite is on a short leash of its dear western partners and without their direct order it cannot even fart sometimes. And to a lesser degree because the Russian armed forces displayed outstanding ‘lack of confidence and effectiveness’ (which is not surprising with such command and especially with such great ‘strategy’ that didn’t correspond to reality at all).
And now the new ‘stage’ of the Special military operation started. The one that Ramzan Kadyrov called ‘the Second Concrete *specific*).
What is the strategy prepared for it?
- I am not going to say with 100% confidence, but I have an impression that it is the ‘What if? Perhaps everything sorts itself out somehow’, a strategy so favoured by the Kremlin. God is forgiving, the Russian soldier is resilient and brave, there’s plenty of weapons in stockpiles (even if Mosin-Nagant), and the ‘dear western partners’ will tire out quicker and will seek peace before the Kremlin runs out of Russian soldiers and rifles.
- In the meantime, while waiting for this bright moment it’s necessary to somehow simultaneously lead a war (apologies - a Special operation!) and the negotiations (to not miss a moment when the partners ‘ripen’. Official propagandisms already exists (similar, almost with exact same words that applied to ukraine 8 years ago):
- ‘Ukra… no, now Europe! - it will freeze, go broke, and will ‘come crawling on its knees’. Without our gas and oil they will never live!
- The USA will collapse and ‘have its Maidan’s’ due to problems caused by war.
- Ukrainian partners will get out of the clutches of their western owners, will realise the danger of nazism and will sign anything that Moscow will mercifully offer (they are ‘our people’ after all!).
We can continue mocking ‘wishes of Kremlin gnomes’ and their shoddy media servants for a long time and from different directions, but it’s unnecessary for the chosen format of the article. I’m simply saying - all the hopes will fail just like all the dreams of a ‘neutral friendly ukraine’ and ‘implementation of alternative-less Minsk agreements’ in the past 8 years.
In the coming months, (and possibly in the next weeks) the situation at the frontline will continue DETERIORATING RAPIDLY. Simply because the enemy is fighting seriously and aims to use all available resources, while the ‘attractions of unprecedented generosity’ displayed by military-political authorities as ‘general withdrawal from Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy Oblasts (perhaps in the future historians will name it something like ‘a run for the border’ - these have already contributed to the extreme increase of the enemy army’s morale.

At the same time, the Russian Federation continues the practice of ‘putting down fires by bringing water in glasses’, leisurely changing volumes of vessels as the fire gets bigger and bigger (and always being critically late).
First of all - being late in developing an adequate strategy.
As I said a myriad time in the past 8 years, there can only be two strategies:
- Complete victory, which can now only be achieved by fully engaging capabilities.
- Preparation for a complete capitulation of RF, and self-preparation of the russian ‘elite’ to the upcoming brutal and non-merciful ‘Auto-da-fé’ by dear western partners.
The time to keep hanging on to the notorious ‘What if?’ strategy is extremely limited, simply because the ‘partners’ do not agree to it at all. They truly have serious material losses and have their own risks from dragging out the war. So they are trying to minimise them through the rapid victory in THE WAR.
I am not intending to write down actions required for the successful realisation of the second point (capitulation to the enemy) and providing our VIP-authorities with advice on ‘what to do to hope at least for a partial forgiveness’. There are plenty of experts without me - starting from Chubais and Khloponin and ending with Navalny. If the doomed (in case of this choice) ‘bio-culture’ has a desire to proceed to a scaffold with a previously marked (since 2014) path, then no one can stop them, while there is plenty of those who’d wish to suggest the nearest options (they can ask any ‘good patriot’ and not even necessarily a runaway - Peskov and Kalantaryan, they are right here and will provide suggestions with enthusiasm in their oily eyes).
My advice and recommendations can only relate to choosing the Victory strategy.
And regarding the so-called ukraine specifically, it’s necessary to start with a slogan tested with time (by the very same ‘ancestors whose feats need to be repeated’. I emphasise - not ‘can’, but ‘NEED’:
‘OUR CASE IS JUST, THE ENEMY WILL BE DEFEATED, VICTORY WILL BE OURS!’
It needs to be declared and not forfeited for an inch! No ‘respected kyiv partners’, no ‘special operation against nationalists’ and other vile half-lying (and just lying) bollocks! It needs to be clearly declared that no ‘peace’ with the current authorities of this anti-Russian state formation is possible until they capitulate completely and unconditionally, at least in the form of a total flight to Canada, where every ‘nationally determined Ukrainian’ has his true ‘spiritual homeland’ (would be better for all of them to be hanged but this is extremely unlikely).

This way, we figured out the main slogan. Moving on to the actual strategy.
And it is also fairly uncomplicated, but assumes presence (in our case - appearance) of something that the Russian Federation (and its rulers) does not have at all, in contrast, by the way, to the so-called ukraine. Which is - the ‘positive ideology’. Our ‘respected partners’’ ideology is very much uncomplicated - ‘smash the cursed muscovite-invader, to start living better, while Europa and Amerika will help us! When we smash them, then we’ll have universal happiness, satiety and prosperity, which the cursed muscovite was stealing from us for centuries!’.
This ideology is ‘short-term’, but Clown *Zelenskiy* and Co are not counting on anything long-term - they don’t need to. These completely materialistic-oriented people clearly are not planning to live in Kyiv until the end of days (it’s even alien to them ethnically). It ‘works’ so far, but after - no one cares! (said in independent ‘ukro-language’ which has nothing in common with finno-ugric savages from Muscovy).
So, which ideology does the RF have? Previously it was an inarticulate but almost palpable ‘reaching prosperity’. Recently they pushed ‘Russian patriotism’ out of themselves. The first one was more clear, as it was observable: numerous russian officials demonstrated it to everyone, hinting (with their own openly piggish behaviour) at the paths to real achievement. But what constitutes the second one (in understanding of VIP-officials) - no one can properly explain to a Russian citizen. Yes, ‘grandfathers fought’... but Putin and Co - they are not the grandfathers, are they? And it wasn’t them after all who saved Russia (i.e. the USSR that they broke, to be clear), having won over ‘brown plague’?
So what is the essence of their patriotism, considering that the press-secretary of the president himself calls the runaway (to Israel) russophobe a ‘good patriot’? And how is this type of ‘patriotism’ different from the previous variant of the ideology (‘theft, kickback, bribery, theft again’)? The Russian citizens are offered to be patriots of WHAT? Russia, or a warm company of parasites who stole billions and placed their children, property and stolen goods abroad? If to them the term Putin equals Russia (and without Putin Russia cannot exist), then why are the authorities so sure that the people are going to fight and die for Putin?
I personally fought for Russia and am ready to fight again. Even despite it having Putin (and even under his direct leadership - no other options!). But ‘purely for Putin’ I certainly wouldn’t go fighting. And a significant part of the population isn’t so keen on fighting for ‘this Russia in which no one better for the position of a president could be found’...
Yet now the citizens of Russia are offered not the ideology of ‘fighting for Russia!’, no! - they are called to sacrifice their lives for ‘demilitarisation and some denazification’ of the so-called ukraine. And how many people there are in RF that give a damn about who’s in charge in ukraine - nazis or not? No, there are certainly people like that. And it’s not like there are so few of them. But to fight a full war with nazis - certainly not enough (not even mentioning that the RF authorities themselves are not so keen on using such people at full capacity). And the general mass don’t give a damn who’s in charge in Kyiv - ‘nazi’ Zelenskiy or ‘our pro-Russian’ (sigh!) Medvedchuk.
And no one is trying to explain to Russian citizens that ukraine is a historical part of Russia, and its population is not some kind of a ‘brotherly nation’, but an actual part of our Russian people (and not the worst part of it if you speak about health and intellect). And especially that without ukraine Russia in the long-term will inevitably wither and dry out (however, the same applies to ukraine without the rest of Russia). And the only way to avoid the tragic end is to reunify ukraine, for which sacrifices are necessary.

NAZIS SIEZED a part of our nation and our country, made it serve them and fooled the populace. And after that they intend to take over us, make our life even worse than it is now. Anyway, ‘RISE UP, RUSSIAN PEOPLE!’
Will they rise? Someone will rise. And someone - again no. Why? They will watch… watch closely… Since if a ‘good patriot’ (a friend of Urgant himself!) Peskov (whose son is in London, daughter - in Paris, and wife has an American citizenship) continues calling for them to ‘give lives for motherland’ with the same emotional plea he is now calling for peace with ‘partners’ then the dominant majority will openly grin and mutter ‘You go fight yourself!. And (most likely) they will also add the name of a horned-bearded male of one of the species of ruminant artiodactyls from the genus Bovids. If not use a stronger word…
With slogans and how they need to be presented to the population, I think everything is more or less clear. If said in the most simple words: WAR must go on until Russian people and Russian land is freed from nazis. No other way. And commanding and managing must be the people who are not known for ‘constructive partnerships’ with those exact nazis. (and if the creatures who are ‘known’ are so ‘irreplaceable’ then put them in the shadows (or deeper) like in the Stalin times they did to many representatives of ‘Komintern’ with their completely failed ideas of ‘A worker is always a worker’s friend and brother! German proletariat will never fight the Soviet!’)
Now regarding strategic goals - they must fully correspond to slogans and ideology. For ukraine to never again become a threat to Russia - IT MUST COMPLETELY VANISH AS A STATE. Completely - even in the form of ‘autonomy’. Otherwise, the threat will remain that someday the rotten, evil dwarf of "independence" will come out again with a portrait of Bandera on his left boob and a swastika on his right. And it will be inherited by our descendants. For Russia's security, the existence of an "independent state of ukraine" is unacceptable in principle.
Therefore, the political strategy should be aimed at the complete destruction of the "ukrainian state", and not at the "change of ideology." And - accordingly - on this basis, a military strategy that has a chance of success should be developed. And under it, the tools and resources necessary for successful implementation should line up.
Ukraine is part of Russia and should return to the Russian state (all of it - or the most part - is a tactical question). Everyone who opposes this or tries to prevent it are essentially the enemies. Both internally and externally. And enemies in the war are always dealt with quickly and ruthlessly. Can’t be otherwise. Mercy can and should be shown after overcoming the adversary. And not before.
