"Hey there, my name is Jelani and I offer staff member benefits through my organisation. And earlier today I satisfied with the Personnel Supervisor of a business I had never ever become aware of before, yet I couldn't believe my ears as the HR Manager was explaining his company.

Why?

And once again we come back to our preliminary question, 'what has taken place to the benefits of being a staff member in America?'

The happy and strong HR Manager and I were sitting throughout from each other at the conference table, moving our organisation transaction forward. As an initial exercise before lifting the benefits of our benefits plan onto the shiny, brown wood conference table, we discussed the benefits he is currently offering for his workers.

Now, before we continue, please let me caution you, this is an extremely uncommon business, particularly in this economy. In this America.

Why is this business so rare you ask? Well, I am now going to provide you the answer and the answer for you is here - their advantages. Keep in mind those things? And listen to what this company uses, as you will see, it's a buffet: health, oral, brief term, special needs, long term special needs, 401k, life and business supplied life, whereby upon your death your recipients get a lump sum equivalent to twice your yearly salary.

What!

PhDs, Master's Degrees, 10, 20 years of experience and commitment - laid off and tossed away like old clothes or the toy you could not wait to have fun with when you first got it and unexpectedly couldn't wait to eliminate when you got bored with it.

In other words, good, qualified, faithful, industrious Americans are getting exactly what they don't should have - they're getting canned. They're getting non reusable and they - are you.

Have you thought about the importance of this? And how frequently? In this country, organisation IS the economy and small company forms 60 percent of our economy - tasks, tax revenues, and so on.

What is going on? What are we doing? What is taking place to us? Things have absolutely changed, haven't they?

Again, organisation is our foundation and think of when you - the chauffeur of business, the staff member - last got a job or are now looking for a new task. And consider what you ask for in a task in return for your efforts, your influence, your time, and your service. What is it you request for? What do you request from a job - does it not consist of pay, hours, advantages? And what is taking place now, to our benefits in America? It seems, just what is happening to our tasks - they are all getting cut! ""No more 401k match"", you say? No more company paid health insurance? No oral? O, no spending plan for it, huh? No budget for me, huh? And now, no spending plan for yourself and it's time to join the new-economic-age service graveyard for the unthankful dead.

We have actually got to look after our team! Don't we?

And what occurs to us all? There is no place to hide. Stop trying to conceal. Stop thinking you're safe. Nobody's safe. The disease of the economy is contagious and will permeate into your bubble if you hide - it is choking your air now, isn't it? Sure, you may have excellent benefits, and here are enchanting concerns for you - when the staff members of America are dissatisfied and benefits are cut and service drop and the economy busts - what happens to you?

Are you permanently and absolutely insulated from your environment? And as the heat is shown up, the temperature increases for you also, doesn't it? At least to a degree, doesn't it? Simply due to the fact that your benefits aren't being squeezed or snatched, does not necessarily imply the epidemic won't spread out to your company, right? And as the bodies and businesses stack, the fragrance of their decaying flesh could at least make it through the air vents in your workplace, right?

And as individuals are cut and services are scaled down, what occurs to your clientele and your cashflows? Who are your consumers? Who are your business partners? Who are your networkers? Do all of us not depend on the health and stability of the network to an extent? And after that, how healthy and stable is the economic, service, and task network in this country, today?

While tasks are cut continually by the thousands like fist filled with hair strands from the head of a defenseless prisoner of financial war and advantages are removed like seat cushions, airbags and seat belts, how healthy and steady is the economic, business, and task network in this nation, today?

Which brings us back to our happy HR Supervisor, with the unusual business, and the golden benefits plan and in addition to their enchanting benefits for their pampered employees, their parent business takes place to be based outside of America.

Hmmm, and why is this fascinating? And you are asking, why is this interesting?

Clearly, you know and clearly, you understand that when I was speaking to the HR supervisor, he highlighted passionately that he doesn't know why employees are so under-respected in this nation now and the main reason his employees are so pampered because the business is based beyond America!

Clearly, you know, something is drastically wrong. Benefits drive our employees and our employees drive our services and our businesses drive our economy and economy drives our lives and - what is happening to our staff member benefits - our organisations - our nation - our incomes?

We are worthy of much better, do not we?"
