Seek Help Prosecuting Criminal Sellers < Ultragod > 2018-07-30 13:16

There are a couple crooks who defrauded me via Craigslist. They committed felonies. It has been many months & still no refunds, despite repeated reminders. The second even agreed to send a refund, admitting in writing they skrewed me, but still haven't received it.

Crook #1: Sent broken krap, improperly packed ($cam on top of $cam)...

Ignored any and all request for refund after notification of broken improperly packed item (not elligible for shipping insurance) = crook. The packing was like a comedy skit = trying 2 hide the fact it was broken B 4 they even listed the thing apparently, 2 play 'blame UPS' (doesn't work like that!).
For starters, would like help getting their actual E-Mail address to assist FBI & police prosecution.

Crook #2: Sent items missing most critical component therefore system non-functional:

They sent a T-Shirt with the item that I didn't ask 4, apparently 2 fake out the weight 2 deny it was missing the important part, but they ADMITTED IN WRITING via E-Mail (forwarded through your system) that it was missing (the criminal arogance!) ~ it's all a big joke 2 them it seems: "Keepin' it REEL (by robbing people?)... yo yo" (rap-theme 'We Are The Scene' ghetto-style T-Shirt LOL)

Mail fraud, a felony, carries a sentence of up to five years in prison. The police are not interested in helping, so the more information I can get to help with FBI needs the better, otherwise it seems they think they will get off clean. Helping to prosecute criminals who abuse Craigslist for the purpose of defrauding buyers helps elevate the site's reputation & scare away potential crooks. I can be reached here:

Repeat: I already contacted the police in both their locations, AND the district attourneys in both locations, and the local police in my area. NONE of them had any interest in helping me. In fact, they treated me like EYE was the problem = I guess 'blaming the victim" gives them more time for sitting around eating donuts, and assisting illegal immigrants with 'welfare' payments =)) I find their attitudes quite shocking, like they only want to talk on the phone, presumably so they won't have a written record of LYING to you spewing things like 'there is no law against mail fraud in Colorado' etc... I guess I can comprehend the concept behind all of that ~ why bother performing actual work when you can just sit back & DISCOURAGE people from doing anything about it? That's 'less paperwork' 4 them, etc. = just there 2 collect a paycheck I guess.

Hopefully eventually 'The Department Of Trump Witch Hunt' (FBI) will seek something else 2 spend their time on & get around 2 helping prosecute these guys, or maybe Craigslist can help out? =) That would B GR8! =D

If there is some way to ban them from Craigslist via their I.P. or something to help keep them from defrauding other people I think that would also B a good idea.

I posted an interesting page highlighting how police & other law enforcement avoid enforcing certain laws like mail fraud, & a possible remedy = 2 give them commi$$ion$ on the fine$ generated via various charge$ against the criminals involved =) U may find it interesting =D

Better enforcement encourages increased commerce, rather than scaring buyers away worried about getting ripped off with no remedy. Funny how cops will go out & write parking tickets, but even when forwarded WRITTEN ADMISSION OF CRIME from the criminals, they still do nothing to help! It's quite SHOCKING, & also a bit 'demoralizing', not 2 mention needlessly frustrating. Giving them 'a piece of the action' by sharing all fines & other 'awards' across the different branches gives them INCENTIVE to investigate & prosecute, rather than avoid helping victims, just to 'save time'. I think there is some 'passive aggressive' psychology at work too = 'How DARE a victim demand EYE lift a finger 4 them. I get paid either way!', etc.
