So what is ISO 9001 certification? Well, to understand what is ISO 9001 certification it is necessary first to understand what a quality management system is? Quality management is a set of documented policies, procedures, and responsibilities organized into a structured system of processes to assist an organization in realizing its mission goals and objectives. And so, ISO established a standard called ISO 9001 for quality management systems.
