I'm very into politics and notice recurring patterns. Pavel Durov fits the (((dual citizen))) style model. Whether he is 1 of (((them))) or not, I get the impression he is being paid by Israel and similar 'syping' organizations for back door access to Russian (and other) communications for various illegal purposes. I think he may be attempting to hide a connection like that through registering and citizenship elsewhere while claiming the network can not be modified to comply with court orders for Kremlin access. I left a comment about this on his Instagram here:
