Haven Homes, dubbed the Nigerian Beverly Hills and a Voyage of the Senses, offers a jaw-dropping luxury estate that is considered one of the most inventive contemporary estates in West Africa. ادهنتر
The estate has a number of amenities that support a luxurious lifestyle, yet as the saying goes, "money can't buy you happiness or taste."" Money can buy you a lot of life's essence with Haven Homes because there is so much space to fill with a taste of luxury.
Richmond Gate Estate, Haven Homes' flagship estate, is home to some of Nigeria's A-list superstars in the entertainment business. Some of the city's 'Very Important Personalities' call it home (VIPs). In addition to 2Face (Innocent Idibia), AY Comedian (Ayodeji Richard Makun), Tiwa Savage, Kizz Daniel, Banky W, Falz (The Bahd Guy), Ex-beauty queen Dabota Lawson, and many more celebrities, the company's Lagos estate is home to many more superstars.
Mr. Tayo Sonuga, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Haven Homes, designed the luxurious lifestyle to meet the needs of the country's increasing aristocratic middle class. Haven Houses is a modern-luxury-residential and innovative real estate developer known for creating exquisitely crafted, one-of-a-kind, and opulent homes at affordable costs. Haven Homes' premium homes continue to wow with its attention to detail and customisation.
In addition, new big kitchens in homes combine luxury and style. They also transform ordinary granite into dazzling gourmet kitchens, highlighting them among the most opulent corners of luxury homes to make preparing culinary creations enjoyable and simple, even for multiple cooks.
Haven Homes also created a totally different design with the concept of developing homes comparable to those seen in Hollywood movies with contemporary architecture, according to Mr. Tayo Sonuga, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Haven Homes. This is the idea that has drew the attention of several Nigerian celebrities. He stated that the Richmond Gate Estate has grown in popularity in Nigeria and has been dubbed the "Beverly Hills of Africa" due to the large number of A-list celebrities who have found the estate to be a comfortable and safe environment to raise their family.
He stated, " "Likewise, VIPs, expatriates, multi-national executives, and other influential members of society now live peacefully with their neighbors in Richmond Gate Estate's serene atmosphere, where electricity is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and with the completion of Richmond Gate Estate Phase 2, this peaceful lifestyle has been extended to even more celebrities. Some of my company's strongest points are Haven Homes' head-turning and attractive home designs. Haven Homes is the ideal developer for imaginative ideas, quality, and durable housing that stands the test of time, with stunning and wonderfully made homes.
"Before we arrived on the scene, we noticed a void in the developer's market for modern, contemporary homes, but it is now a regular feature with every other developer. What drew me to the Nigerian real estate market was a visit to my brother's wedding a few years ago, where I witnessed poor construction work, particularly in the tiling, in a well-known hotel. When I returned to the UK, I teamed up with an architect buddy who had recently completed a house in Magodo for his uncle. The house inspired me to return to Nigeria and begin developing contemporary, luxurious residences appropriate for celebrities while keeping them cheap."
Haven Homes prioritizes every step of the development process through a personalised approach from the concept to the final details, believing that homes play a critical part in constructing a quality living. "There were only traditional buildings in Nigeria before Haven Homes arrived, therefore we pioneered a new route by offering contemporary, modern home designs. Our bespoke apartments are a great fit for a refined lifestyle – constructed to inspire in all forms and sizes, because we understand that our responsibility to our customers is a long-term commitment "Mrs. Ufuoma Ilesanmi, General Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Haven Homes, agrees.
Sonuga continues: "We have always supplied to our valued clients according to the agreed-upon parameters and on time. As a result, we've built a strong trust reputation, and many of our clients have put their faith in our brand and our ability to deliver on our promises through the years.
"Even before I move to a new site to start a new project, potential home buyers buy apartments off the plan with small deposits." As the value of the projects and the houses still under construction rises, so does the value of their holdings in the project. For example, investors who purchased our two-bedroom flat for N30m ($78,000) were able to sell each unit for N45m ($117,000) without paying the whole amount."
"This is the process of accumulating money through wise investment. After making an initial deposit, some customers can potentially treble their profits. This is a testament to our brand's enormous appeal, which has been made possible by Haven Homes' long-standing reputation. Our customers have developed a high level of trust and faith in us, to the point where they are willing to wait in line for their home delivery after paying the most of the fee up front."
Sonuga goes on to say: "Because we are both passionate about what we do, Haven Homes and celebrities have a lot in common. To begin with, we both work in the creative field! Our dwellings are crafts or art in their own right, which merges with their inventiveness.
"It takes a lot of enthusiasm for a star to become recognized in what he or she does, and we do the same thing in our trade." We make these homes appealing not only to celebrities, but also to those who value the fantastic ambience, the beauty of the estates, and the tranquillity they bring when we develop them. We've been able to keep it as a beloved niche market, and our partnership with top celebrities has been mutually beneficial since 2012."
On the estate's efforts to become more environmentally friendly, he says: "We care about the environment and, despite space constraints, we construct greening zones in our estates. We also make sure they're surrounded by a lot of greenery, that the energy demand is minimal, and that we utilize energy-saving lighting systems that employ low-wattage bulbs instead of the common halogen bulbs. We're currently investigating whether we can use an inverter to drive an air conditioner to reduce energy use, and we're incorporating solar panels into our roof designs. In addition, waste sorting and recycling zones will be available on our new development, Richmond Pearl Estate."
Mr. Sonuga goes on to say: "We continue to face obstacles, the most significant of which is the volatility of building material market pricing. The majority of building materials prices continue to rise due to a lack of government rules and price hike controls. All building supplies have seen an average increase of around 30% during the last four months. This has been a significant problem for us and the housing industry as a whole. Another difficulty has been the depreciation of the Nigerian currency, the Naira. It goes without saying that the global epidemic of COVID-19 has increased the cost of transportation and freight for all imported commodities.
"However, acquiring the necessary skilled employees to build our projects with the quality outcomes that we desire has been my largest difficulty thus far, but despite these obstacles, we have remained focused. We had to build numerous layers of supervision, each one inspecting the one before it. Supervisors inspect the contractors, quality assurance managers inspect the supervisors, and consultants inspect the final results. We continue to follow up on the projects for the next six months after they are delivered to our clients to verify that they are settling in smoothly to their new homes. All of this comes at a cost to us as a company, but it is the price we must pay in order to keep our commitment to providing high-quality service."
