Beans are very important in the diet, especially for vegans and vegetarians, because they contain all the necessary amino acids, which meat also contains. However, due to the gases generated after digestion, many people, in order to avoid discomfort at work with colleagues and clients, avoid using beans in their diet.
Amino acids are important because they participate in the construction of proteins and metabolic processes, the lack of amino acids causes the dysfunction of certain organs or the appearance of diseases.
Getting a daily dose of essential amino acids from beans can be achieved in a simple way, without having problems with gases: just consume a tablespoon of beans once a day in your diet, you can do it in two ways:
1. - cook, for example, 300 grams of beans and after cooking store them in a ceramic container in the refrigerator and during the preparation of any dish, in the last minutes of preparation, add a tablespoon of cooked beans from the refrigerator, per person
