How like a 'Nigerian E-Mail $cam'
They say they have James Bond stuff 4 rent but avoid shipping them!
'Failure To Disclose' is a CRIME! It is a form of FRAUD, & Netflix is doing it! I have been saving verifiable PROOF of their CRIME for a while now. How many BAZILLIONS of people R they doing this 2? How many jillions of titles do they PRETEND 2 have available but really don't? What a $CAM! MANY MONTHS ago I noticed Netflix was skipping around way down in the DVD rental queue bypassing many of the things I placed way up at the top, avoiding shipping things in the order requested =P Then I noticed they were skipping so many of the James Bond movies I requested this way. Even when assigning titles to different users with nothing else in queue instead of going right to the James Bond stuff (because there is nothing else there requested to ship) they just ship NOTHING! I'm talking about stuff with no 'wait warning' on it = no 'short wait' or 'long wait' = just empty space indicating it SHOULD ship QUICK!
Then I called them asking why stuff is not shipping 2 me AT ALL, & they pretended to think it was because it was some 'technical glitch' with the 'naming' across the profiles, even though this had not been a problem with MOST of the other titles I rented. I noticed something fishy with some 'Harry Potter' stuff taking close to a YEAR to arrive even though placed at the top, but this 'monolithic block of incompletion' with the James Bond series really brought it to light. I did what they asked & changed the 'ship to' details according to the specifications they suggested, & still the titles didn't ship! I then moved the James Bond titles to the top of the queue under the 'main' user (the 'account' holder) & again... they keep going right on past the James Bond stuff @ the top & instead shipping other things way down in the list instead. I WANT MY JAMES BOND! =D
WHY is this bad? It's like if an investment banker lies about something they R $elling. THE LIE ITSELF IS A FELONY! It doesn't matter if the 'Inve$tors' lose $ or not. The crime is the LYING (FRAUD), kind of like 'conspiracy' stuff (plotting 2 commit a crime = same punishment as if the crime they were planning had actually completed). He pissed off so many people with his 'extortionate' drug pricing they went after him 4 past stuff, 'kuz people that 'evil' usually do many other bad things, often illegal ones. & even if this FRAUD were 'only' occuring with James Bond titles for DVD rental via Netflix, that still doesn't make it OK. It's still a CRIME! It's a popular series & I am sure loads of people out there sign up for their Netflix DVD Rental $ervice$ hoping 2 B able 2 rent those James Bond titles Netflix PRETENDS they have available for rent! When Netlfix avoids shipping them out, the buyer of Netflix $ervice$ R getting SKROOD!! The buyer$ R NOT getting what was promised! When a company/corporation/whatever says they have something available, it must actually B available. If they don't, but they claim they do, that is a form of CRIMINAL FRAUD called 'FAILURE TO DISCLOSE'. =P
I would love to hook up with others who have had similar problems. Take the DVD rental titles that Netflix 'mysteriouisly' skips on U & move them all up 2 the top of your rental queue 2 C wat they dooo! Do they SKIP them, repeatedly? VERIFY it with 'page saves' of your rental queue & shipments from them to PROVE their pattern of CRIMINALITY. When stuff does NOT say 'short wait' or 'long wait' & yet they R skipping DOZENS of those things, IGNORING what U put up there @ the top (James Bond stuff 4 instance), that is them doing FRAUD on you. R we supposed 2 'just wait' & 'hope 4 the best'? NO! We R supposed 2 GET WHAT WE PAID 4! Meanwhile our monthly fee$ keep going out 2 them = but do they even have them available @ all? Oh sure it's E Z 2 just '$ay' U have XYZ titles 4 rent 2 get more '$ignup$', but what about DELIVERING what U promised was available? I also think this can B a lucrative 'Cla$$ Action' thing if N E Lawyer$ wanna' get on this. I'm here 2 help! =) I don't seek N E $ 4 myself. I just want them 2 stop $CAMMING people with this FRAUD stuff they R doing. Also, I don't want this being used by them as an excuse 2 'ban' me, because it's THEY who R doing the evil deed, not MEEE! My personal goal is 2 C Netflix 2 stops defrauding people. U lawyer guys can do whatever with the $ I guess. I'm also happy 2 testify if needed (given they R forbidden from 'banning' me 4 that, or inventing some other lame excuse).

UPDATE: (March 2019) problem seems 2 B resolved (Bonds shipping now =)
