Who, where, and when was the BMX freestyle cycle invented?
Bicycle Motocross (BMX) Freestyle has rapidly developed into a separate field from BMX racing since its inception in California in the 1960s.

History
From 1980 to 1987, BMX freestyle became more popular. The sector's founding governing body was first called the Amateur Skating Park Association in 1982, and then a few years later, it changed to the American Freestyle Association. Eventually, the field was managed by the Union Cyclist International (UCI).  토토사이트넷
