It normally takes between 5-10 business days for your card to arrive in the mail.  This is counting from the day your signed up to receive the card.  Do not count the weekend days (Saturday, Sunday, or official holidays) as business days.  

Your card Turbo Debit Card can also be activated by phone.  The toll free number for phone activation and if you need to speak with customer service is 1-888-285-4169.
