'Deviliating All Forms of Terror' Aftermath of E-Palace War

The men's professional tennis (ATP) Tel Aviv Open scheduled for November has been canceled due to armed clashes between Israel and the Palestinian militant group Hamas. The ATP said on the 15th (Korea Standard Time) that it was made after consulting with security experts with the safety of players and fans in mind.

This year's ATP Tel Aviv Open was scheduled to take place from November 6-12 in Tel Aviv, Israel. The winner of last year's competition was Novak Djokovic (Serbia). However, Hamas' surprise attack on Israel on the 7th caused hundreds of casualties, making it difficult to hold a normal tournament.

ATP President Andrea Gaudenzi said, 'The violence and terrorist acts witnessed in Israel are incomprehensible. We strongly condemn all forms of terrorism and mourn the innocent loss of life in this conflict. We hope and pray for peace in the region,' he said.
