"Dirty Vaccines" is the title of a 2017 article published by The Children’s Medical Safety Research Institute (CMSRI) The article is a discussion of the 2017 report:
"New Quality-Control Investigations on Vaccines: Micro and Nanocontamination"
The general public may be placing undeserved trust in vaccine manufacturers' commitment to produce a medical product under the highest scientific standards of quality that can honestly be called "safe and effective".

CDC VAERS statistics report highest vaccine mortality and injury in US history.
In 2017, Dr. Antonietta Gatti and Dr. Stefano Monanari investigated 30 vaccines under electron microscopy to determine if contamination was present - and if so - how it contributed to vaccine side-effects or "adverse events" also defined by the CDC VAERS reporting system, aka "Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System".
Investigators were disturbed to find that every one of the 30 vaccines tested "positive" for the presence of "micro- and nano-sized particulate matter composed of inorganic elements" that were "non biodegradable and non biocompatible."
The report also included diseases that correlate with contaminants found in the vaccine vials.
There is no evidence that vaccine manufacturers have taken corrective action to provide quality assurance safety measures following the scandal of the 2017 report.
On Aug. 6, 2021 more vaccine contamination was reportedly found in several lots of Moderna vials in Japan in the form of metallic fragments that reacted to magnets. Moderna was somehow able to claim the metallic particulates presented no danger to the 500,000 people who had already received injections from the contaminated lots even after the media reported that two young men had died from being vaccinated from contaminated vials.
On Aug. 20, 2021 Dr. Robert O. Young published an electron microscopy report covering four of the Covid-19 Vaccines where he found organic and inorganic nano-particulates, metals, parasites, plus a relatively new and potentially toxic compound, Graphene Oxide.
It's import to consider that the presence of these undisclosed ingredients and/or contaminants is a violation of informed consent.

Researchers examining 44 samples of 30 different vaccines found dangerous contaminants, including red blood cells in one vaccine and metal toxicants in every one of the 44 samples tested – except in one animal vaccine.
Using standard and electron microscopy, investigators were shocked to discover contamination of every one of the 44 vaccine samples analyzed.

Mortality and Adverse Events Related to Vaccine Contamination
The extraordinarily high mortality and injury rate of the experimental mRNA "injections" are gaining wide public attention.
The "Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System" (VAERS) reveals the highest death and injury rate of any vaccine in US history, however this outrageous hazard to human health, especially given the failure of the inoculation to kill or control any virus, is seldom offered by the medical establishment or media as a rational reason for "vaccine hesitancy".

The scandal of the VAERS system was exposed when the Harvard Pilgrim study found less than one percent (1%) of actual vaccine adverse events were being reported.
The results of the Pilgrim study that looked at 3 years (12/01/07 - 09/30/10) should have been CDC's call to action, however investigators were frustrated when the CDC became unresponsive to requests:
"Unfortunately, there was never an opportunity to perform system performance assessments because the necessary CDC contacts were no longer available and the CDC consultants responsible for receiving data were no longer responsive to our multiple requests to proceed with testing and evaluation."

In my opinion, with over 20 years as a first responder and administrator in cardiovascular technology, healthcare workers, nurses and the informed public have good reason to be "scared to death" of Covid-19 experimental injections that are more gene therapy re-badged as vaccines in order to deceive the public with deceptive marketing strategies while violating the Nuremberg code of "informed consent".

VACCINE CONTAMINANTS and QUALITY CONTROL FAILURE
(B) Covid-19 Moderna Vaccine Contamination
On August 26, 2021citizens or the world were alerted to issues of Covid-19 vaccine safety when Nekkei Asia reported that vials of MODERNA vaccines in Japan were contaminated with metallic particles that reacted to "magnets". This resulted in the withdrawal of 1.6 million doses of the vaccine, but only in Japan.
On August 30th Reuters reported that Japan's vaccine woes had widened and certain regions had "put vials of Moderna shots "on hold".
Reuters also reported that two people had died after receiving vaccines from the contaminated lots, however it's likely that more than two people could have experienced adverse events, but only 2 were reported.
The contamination issue appeared to be a result of faulty processing at ROVI, a company located in Spain, contracted to supply hundred of millions of doses "outside the US."

On Sept 2, 2021 EuroWeekly reported how Rovi explained how steel particles ended up in Moderna vaccines. They also claim, "there is no undue health risk to patients and the particles do not affect the risk-benefit profile of the vaccine negatively."
These assurances are shallow, unverified and fail to explain why quality control procedures were not in place to detect the contamination before being injected into a million arms. Furthermore, there is no assurance that more inorganic and/or organic contaminants were not in the vaccine in addition to the steel particles that reacted to magnets.

With Moderna producing vaccines for the US market at its facility in Massachusetts, it appeared that quality control problems were limited to markets outside the USA supplied by ROVI, however Japan is presumably not the sole contractor for the Moderna product.
Investigation of vaccine contamination involving supplies to multiple countries supplied by ROVI would be an expected priority however there are no reports that public health officials are investigating the extent to which vaccine contamination has plagued other global markets.
